The MPM281 High Stability Pressure Sensor features a silicon piezoresistive sensing element with an isolated design and integrated temperature compensation. Its isolated construction, combined with precise compensation, ensures exceptional stability, long-term durability, and a long service life.
The sensor incorporates a highly reliable diffused silicon chip enclosed in a Ø19 mm 316L stainless steel housing. Made entirely of stainless steel, the MPM281 is built for demanding environments, offering robust performance and extended operational lifespan.
Pressure is measured and accurately converted into an electrical signal through an isolated diaphragm. The MPM281 is one of the few pressure sensors equipped with a constant power supply, further enhancing its reliability and consistency in output. It has a compensated temperature range of -10℃ to +80℃, ensuring accurate performance across a wide span of conditions.
An optional fluorocarbon oil filling makes the sensor well-suited for use in oxygen-enriched environments. Each unit undergoes strict inspection and testing on an automated production line, guaranteeing high quality and dependable operation in challenging pressure measurement applications.
